LEAVE/ABSENCE RULES
No leave may be taken without prior permission of the Principal.
Pupils who have been absent or late must have the reason entered in the diary.
A Medical Certificate must be submitted for sick leave for 3 days or more.
Attendance is compulsory on certain Non-teaching days such as Republic Day, Teachers' Day and Children's Day.
In case of a long term illness, the parents must inform the Principal about the nature and likely duration of the illness.
All medical appointments should be made on the weekly holidays.
Pupils must attend school on the last day before a vacation and on the first day of school after a vacation.
Children are not to be sent to school for an examination / test when ill or recovering from an illness.
