On 31st October, the non-Catholic students of Classes 9 to 11 had their Day of Reflection. The session was conducted by Ms. Bijoyini Roy, the Counsellor of Loreto Bowbazar. She spoke about the importance of managing anger and learning to respond thoughtfully instead of reacting impulsively. Ms. Roy also emphasized the power of positive thinking, focusing on the present while working towards future goals, and the value of using “could” instead of “should.” She encouraged everyone to accept things beyond our control. The enriching session concluded with a calming gratitude meditation.
