Description:
On the 14th of February the students of Loreto Day School, Dharamtala celebrated the One Billion Rising through a special assembly followed by a flash mob which was prepared by the students of class 4. Through the assembly the students discussed the origin of the One Billion Rising and how women through the ages have struggled to make a mark for themselves. Towards the end of the programme the students of class 4 performed on the song Break the Chain and the assembly concluded on a note of positivity and enthusiasm.
