Description:
On the 22nd of April,2024 the girls of class 8 celebrated Earth Day by making handmade papers from waste papers. The main objective of this activity was to raise awareness about recycling waste materials to save the environment. Waste papers get tossed into the dustbin but utilizing them to create new handmade papers is a better and sustainable alternative. The process of reusing waste papers to make new handmade papers was simple yet interesting. The activity was a great success. It has not only spread the importance of reusing resources but also brought out the creative sides of the students. All of them have really enjoyed doing the activity to the fullest and each one of them are grateful to contribute in the meaningful initiative of promoting sustainability and recycling.
